Usually you hear from me (Oh!Boyd) within just hours of placing your order.
For certain, you will always receive Confirmation of Order with Estimation of Ship Date within two days of receiving your order.
DELIVERY/DELIVERY DATE
Most Catalog Pages/Items Include Shipping Time Estimates.
Most products are made when you order them and go out within 1 to 3 business days.
Other items require more handwork that must be scheduled over more days - These pieces are marked with longer time estimates.
Usually, there are no delays, but you will be notified promptly if there is a delay, and you will be given the option to cancel your order if you determine that the new time estimate is not acceptable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you must, you may cancel your order any time for any reason up to the ship date.
Please send notification of cancellation as early as possible.
No cancellation of personalized (lettering, etc.) orders will be accepted if personalizing process has begun.
PAYMENT TERMS
Orders are only accepted with
prepayment via PayPal (or see Mail Orders below).
PHONE ORDERS
Oh!Boyd does not accept phone orders.
Why would you want to give me your private information like a
credit card number, expiration date, and security code?

Paypal does not furnish your credit data to their merchants.
MAIL ORDERS
Oh!Boyd accepts money orders with mail orders.
No personal checks, cashier's checks, or credit card orders via mail, please.
Mail orders are shipped within 10 business days allowing time for
verification and check clearance.

SHIPPING METHOD
Oh!Boyd Uses USPS.
I ship USPS 1st Class (3-5 day) service for most small orders/items.
Larger weight orders and any orders over $50 are shipped USPS Priority.
RUSH SHIPPING
Rush shipping services are available at additional costs. Inquire.
RUSH ORDER FEE
Usually, NOT always, every effort will be made to meet your deadline.
Estimated ShIp Time is listed for every catalog item. Most items are ready to ship within three business days. Large orders may take a bit longer.
Inquire about getting your order faster than estimated. However, any stepping up of production to meet your deadline may incur an additional 20% rush fee. That is, I may agree to work nights or Sundays, or even to lose sleep to meet your deadline, but you WILL pay extra.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF USA
For the cost of the additional (Global Priority) postage, I am delighted to send shipments outside of the USA. Please E-mail your anticipated order and inform us of any special requirements, and we'll estimate weight, shipping costs, and time, and get back to you promptly with a quote.

Since Oh!Boyd products are made from materials like leather and stones, they will almost always have some markings of time, and because each piece is handmade, one item will differ somewhat from the next. However, although annoyingly proud of craftsmanship and quality, over the many moons of thinking I was doing just fine, I have indeed missed a thing or two. SO, if you feel that one of your Oh!Boyd items has workmanship flaws or is broken, please contact me as soon as possible and I will furnish instructions how to return your purchase for a genuinely cheerful exchange.
Other than that,
if you simply do not like what you get, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will furnish instructions how to return your purchase. Your money will be refunded promptly with thoroughly hidden grumpiness.
REPAIRS ARE FREE
Is there a problem with an Oh!Boyd item?
Even if you have had it for a very long time, I will repair your Oh!Boyd items so you can continue to enjoy them. If a leather bracelet stretches too much, I can shorten it for you. If a clasp wears out, I can replace it for you. If you need an extension, I can make one. If you lose an earring, I will try to make a matching replacement.

LARGE ORDERS/SPECIAL DEADLINES
If you have large orders or special deadlines, please order early.

ORDER REJECTION
Every effort will be made to meet your requests and to meet your needs.
However, Oh!Boyd reserves the right to reject orders because of a large order size,
a deadline that cannot be met, a product that is not available, a custom order that does not match Oh!Boyd style, or unacceptable payment terms.
ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
If you inadvertently order two or more of a posted one-of-a kind item, your money for the duplicates will be promptly refunded.
DUPLICATE/SEPARATE ORDERS FOR ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
If, on the rare occasion your order for a one-of-a-kind item comes in before I get a chance to post a previous sale of the item, your order will be promptly refunded.
SUBSTITIONS
Absolutely no substitions are made without notice prior to shipment.
Any items that you receive that do not match full catalog description and/or your order confirmation description should be returned for full refund.
